Elaine Reardon, Ph.D, a member of our Los Angeles Office Labor & Employment Group, has been promoted to the role of Partner with Resolution Economics. Elaine joins the five other partners in her leadership role.

Elaine’s recent work includes providing expert testimony and litigation support in evaluating class certification claims in employment matters, including race, age, and gender discrimination in addition to wage and hour claims. Her work involves applications of complex statistical analysis in both employment discrimination and wage and hour claims, survey research, and observation studies.

Ali Saad, Ph.D, and Managing Partner at ResEcon, believes Elaine’s ability to work very effectively with our clients has led to her success over the years. “Elaine always provides intelligent and insightful analysis to our clients. Her creativity, drive, and consistent performance year-in and year-out has led Elaine to be a leader in our industry, and a welcome partner in our firm.”

“I am very excited to join our established partners in leading ResEcon in our current and future work. The firm has provided me the opportunity to learn and grow alongside our clients practicing in the labor and employment area, and I look forward to being able to continue to expand my career with such remarkable colleagues,” Elaine said upon the announcement of her promotion.
