Most companies have a Human Resources department that manages and controls employment data. However, most HR departments lack the time or experience to review or interpret the myriad of data that is collected every day. Our purpose is to supplement and enhance the work performed by HR departments, and work with counsel to help create a comprehensive approach to labor compliance. We help our clients actually understand what their data shows. We also help our clients collect or create the data they need to properly examine their labor compliance.
Through our consulting and litigation work, we have developed a deep understanding of the issues and employment practices that often become the subject of class action wage and hour disputes. We have also become highly experienced in devising creative approaches to collecting data related to job content, employees’ discretion to make certain decisions, and other areas that are not typically captured by existing HR systems.
