Overview


Corey E. Gildart is Director & Legal Officer at Resolution Economics, LLC. Prior to joining Resolution Economics, Corey worked as a Director of Forensic Advisory Services for KPMG LLP where he implemented Technology Assisted Review protocols and enhanced regulatory response processes for a Fortune 50 financial institution. Corey additionally brings extensive onsite client management experience from his time with Autonomy, an HP Company (now HP Enterprise), having developed and managed a hosted services team supporting all phases of the eDiscovery lifecycle for an international oil & gas company litigating a $50 Billion matter. He began his legal career with Boston-based Perry, Krumsiek & Jack, LLP where he primarily managed an extensive contracts database and maintained state-specific compliance for an engineering corporation acquiring companies across the United States.

Corey attended Phillips Exeter Academy prior to obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bowdoin College. He completed his legal studies at University College London and Roger Williams University, and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New York. He is actively involved with StreetSquash – a comprehensive youth enrichment program for Harlem public school students - having previously served as chair of the junior board for a term of three years.
