Edward Moon is a partner of Resolution Economics, LLC, an economics, statistics, forensic accounting, forensic & legal technology, and economic damages consulting firm with offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, D.C. and New York. Prior to Resolution Economics, Mr. Moon was a managing director at KPMG LLP, director at Standard & Poor’s Corporate Value Consulting (now Duff & Phelps), and a senior manager at Ernst & Young LLP.

Ed has significant experience in providing social media/digital forensic investigation and discovery services in connection with defamation and copyright cases. Furthermore, Ed assists clients with eDiscovery services in connection with litigation and internal/regulatory investigations, data analytics & remediation, eRecords management in connection with NASD 3010/3110, and post-data breach investigations. Additionally, Ed serves as a trusted advisor to corporate and law firm clients on engagements involving eDiscovery managed services, litigation readiness assessments, and 30(b)(6) technical consulting expert services.
