Overview


Julie Frizell is a Director at Resolution Economics LLC, an economics and statistics consulting firm with offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, D.C. and New York. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech). Prior to joining Resolution Economics, Dr. Frizell was a Senior Consultant at ERS Group where she developed and applied economic and statistical analyses related to labor and employment matters and the valuation of intellectual property assets.

Dr. Frizell has extensive experience in managing complex data bases, including federal employment data, to analyze the effects of employment practices and policies, such as discrimination allegations related to hiring, promotion, compensation, and termination. She has provided consulting and expert services in preparation for litigation and arbitration in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff and class action matters. Dr. Frizell has also provided economic loss valuations and damage estimates in employment discrimination and federal and state wage and hour cases, as well as assisted in the institution of pro-active monitoring of internal audits.
