Overview


Kevin Weissman is a Senior Manager at Resolution Economics Group, LLC, an economics, statistics and economic damages consulting firm with offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, D.C. and New York. He has a B.A. in Economics from The College of William and Mary and a M.A. in Applied Economics from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. Previously, Mr. Weissman was a Senior Database Analyst at ERS Group where he performed economic and statistical analyses primarily related to labor and employment.

Mr. Weissman has vast experience in designing statistical models, building and understanding complex databases, analyzing data and interpreting results. His practice areas include all facets of employment discrimination cases including compensation, hiring, promotions, terminations and demotions. Additionally, Mr. Weissman has extensive knowledge and experience calculating damages in various wage-and-hour matters including unpaid overtime, off-the-clock work, meal breaks, rest breaks and timely payment upon termination. His cases include proactive monitoring, single and multi-plaintiff litigation, class actions and EEOC and OFCCP investigations. His specialties include processing large, dynamic databases and the automation of a high volume of analyses.
