Rick Holt, Ph.D., Partner in our Labor & Employment practice in Washington, DC, will be speaking on three occasions during the 2019 ILG National Conference, the premier meeting ground for employers involved in OFCCP compliance and EEOC issues. This year’s conference will be held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from July 30 to August 2, 2019, and will feature speakers from the U.S. Department of Labor, OFCCP, and the EEOC, in addition to a program focused on effective strategies, best practices, and tools that help organizations navigate changes in compliance, diversity, and inclusion standards.
