Overview


Kelly Huang is a Manager at Resolution Economics, LLC, an economics, statistics, forensic accounting and economic damages consulting firm with offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, D.C. and New York. Prior to joining Resolution Economics, Kelly worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, a public accounting firm in the Assurance practice. At PwC, Kelly conducted financial statement and compliance audits of both publicly and privately held companies primarily in the financial services industry as well as in consumer products and technology.

 

Kelly is now involved in a variety of litigation consulting matters including economic damages, forensic investigations, and audit and accounting malpractice. Her economic damage experience includes misappropriation of funds, breach of contract, construction claims, and intellectual property infringement. Kelly is also experienced in audit, tax, and accounting malpractice cases involving the violation of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), and other standards issued by the AICPA and SEC. She is skilled in turning complex and substantial financial data into easily understandable analysis. Kelly has had exposure to various industries such as technology, real estate, consumer products, entertainment, hospitality, and financial services.
