Background

Stephen Eng is a Director based in Resolution Economics’ Los Angeles office and has experience consulting on class action and single plaintiff matters across a variety of industries.

Mr. Eng has experience consulting on class action and single plaintiff matters across a variety of industries. He has provided litigation support related to meal and rest break compliance, off-the-clock work, unpaid overtime, regular rate of pay, misclassification, wrongful termination, discrimination, and other wage and hour claims. His areas of expertise include interpreting complex databases, preparing detailed statistical analyses, and building damages models for use at both trial and mediation. He has also been involved in the design and implementation of surveys and observation studies in both litigation and consulting contexts.

He holds an M.S. in Business Analytics from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Statistics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

QUALIFIED VETERAN:
