Mr. Williams is a Director at Resolution Economics LLC. He holds a B.A. in History and B.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and M.S. in Data Science from Northwestern University.
Mr. Williams has experience in consulting within the context of labor and employment litigation across a variety of industries. He has provided statistical and qualitative support for matters involving employee compensation, meal and rest break compliance, employee misclassification, off-the-clock work and workplace discrimination. His experience includes the use and interpretation of GPS data and timekeeping and payroll platforms, with extensive experience dealing with DOT log and Truck driver settlement data. Mr. Williams has also been involved in the design and implementation of large scale, nationwide surveys and observation studies in both litigation and consulting contexts. Mr. Williams specializes in the design and preparation of complex damages models and the real-world contextualization of statistical analyses for wage and hour single-plaintiff and class action litigation.
