Coleton (Cole) Benfatti is a Manager in the New York Office of Resolution Economics, LLC, a litigation consulting firm with offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, D.C., New York, Charlotte, and Austin. As a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Cole brings specialized knowledge in valuing privately held businesses and uncovering financial misconduct. He specializes in valuations and economic damages analyses for purposes including litigation, personal injury, and commercial disputes. There, he gained hands-on experience in commercial litigation and forensic accounting engagements, contributing to high-stakes matters across a range of industries.

Cole holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Franklin & Marshall College, where he double majored in Business, Organizations and Society, and Economics. In 2022, he was named to the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) “30 Under 30” list, which honors the industry’s top emerging professionals.
