Background
Brad Koranda is a Partner in the Financial Advisory Services practice at Resolution Economics, LLC, where he brings extensive experience in strategic advisory and financial services, including, forensic accounting, dispute resolution, and valuation services. Prior to joining Resolution Economics, Brad worked as a Partner at RSM US LLP for two decades where he was the Central Region Financial Investigations and Dispute Advisory Services leader. He has provided consulting and expert services in matters involving breach of contract, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, intellectual property litigation, employment litigation, real estate and construction disputes, insurance coverage disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency litigation, and regulatory and compliance disputes, among others. Brad also leads complex corporate investigations, collaborating with clients, legal counsel, and government agencies.
He has provided consulting and testifying experience in United States Federal Courts, State Courts, and in domestic and international arbitration matters. Additionally, he has acted as an independent arbitrator and forensic consultant in a number of matters involving post-merger and acquisition disputes. Brad’s expertise also includes intellectual property asset management, accounting & finance optimization, financial modeling, attest and regulatory compliance services. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business–Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
