Resolution Economics is a proud sponsor of the 76th Annual NYU Conference on Labor & Employment Law taking place at the NYU School of Law in New York City, May 22 – 23, 2024.
On May 22, Resolution Economics’ director Ye Zhang, Ph.D., will participate in a panel entitled “US Workforce Overview,” which will provide an analysis of the US workforce and labor economics, noting trends and changes relevant for labor and employment law policy makers, employers, and their counsel. He will be joined by co-panelists Gerald Hathaway of Fox Rothschild and Prof. Daniel Hamermesh of NYU.
Resolution Economics’ partner Victoria A. Lipnic, Esq., will participate on May 23 in a panel addressing “Professional Responsibility: Developing Issues For Lawyer’s Use of AI and Protecting against Cybersecurity Threats.” The panel will discuss the professional obligations and responsibilities lawyers should be aware of when leveraging new AI tools in the workplace. The panel will also include Prof. Zachary Fasman of Michigan Law and Tyler Maulsby of Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz.
