Victoria A. Lipnic was a featured speaker at the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Association of American Law Schools (AALS), held in New Orleans, LA on January 8, 2026.
As a former Commissioner and Acting Chair of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and with decades of experience in employment discrimination law, she offered her expertise on the panel, “The State of Enforcement: Hear From the Experts,” as part of the conference’s Employment Discrimination Law and Labor Relations and Employment Law Joint Program, with a particular focus on the EEOC.
The panel was moderated by Blair Druhan Bullock, Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Arkansas Law School, and her co-panelist was David Lopez, former General Counsel of the EEOC and professor at Arizona State University Law School.
