Background
Andrew Kelly is a Director on Resolution Economics LLC’s Financial Advisory Services team. In his current role, Mr. Kelly serves as a financial forensics expert witness and litigation consultant with concentrations on valuation, financial analysis, and forensic accounting services. He provides these services for a broad range of engagements involving business and asset valuation and appraisal, economic damage assessment, financial forensic and fraud investigative accounting, and litigation support for individuals, closely held companies, public and private businesses, investment funds, attorneys, and others. He has provided expert witness testimony in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State of New Jersey, State of Delaware, and State of Texas. Mr. Kelly has been involved in several high-profile cases including, but not limited to, federal criminal and civil trials relating to Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) indictments, internal corruption and theft investigations, complex federal and state civil litigation, and high net worth family law court matters.
Mr. Kelly serves as an adjunct instructor at Temple University. In addition to his adjunct position at the Fox School of Business, he supports the university’s student-athletes by serving as the President of the Temple Owl Club. Finally, Mr. Kelly is involved with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, wherein he has served on the organization’s Leadership Initiative Board (LIB) and is the past Chair of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Commission.
Prior to joining Resolution Economics, Mr. Kelly was employed at RSM US LLP, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and Comcast Corporation.
