Background

Claire Frohling is a Manager at Resolution Economics LLC, an economics and statistics consulting firm with offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, D.C., New York, Charlotte, and Austin. She holds an B.A. in Economics from Occidental College.

Claire has experience consulting on class action and PAGA matters across a variety of industries including food service, transportation, entertainment, manufacturing, and retail. She has provided litigation support related to meal and rest break compliance, off-the-clock work, regular rate of pay, and misclassification, among others. Her areas of expertise include analyzing large HR, timekeeping, sales, and payroll databases to prepare detailed statistical analyses for use at both trial and mediation.

QUALIFIED VETERAN:

A “disabled veteran” is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or show citation box or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

“Other protected veterans” means veterans who served on active duty in the U.S. military during a war or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge is awarded.
