In that role, she specialized in providing quantitative and qualitative analyses to companies with FLSA or State wage and hour allegations, including off-the-clock claims, missed meal and rest period violations, and regular rate and sick leave calculations. She also provided expert analyses for both companies involved in private litigation and government investigations and companies requesting proactive analyses focusing on employment decisions such as hiring, compensation, promotions, and terminations.
