Background
Jennifer Lambdin is a Manager based in Resolution Economics’ Charlotte office. She specializes in labor and employment matters, with extensive experience conducting economic and statistical analyses related to hiring, compensation, promotions, performance evaluations, and employee turnover across a range of clients. Ms. Lambdin has also supported the preparation of disparate impact analyses in voting rights matters. In addition, she has contributed to class action disputes involving meal and rest break compliance, off-the-clock work, regular rate of pay, and minimum wage claims.
