Background

Kira Beeson is a Director based in Resolution Economics’ Los Angeles office. Mrs Beeson has experience providing employment-related litigation support and consulting services in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class action matters across a range of industries. Her work includes matters involving meal and rest break compliance, time rounding, unpaid overtime, regular rate of pay, employee misclassification, wrongful termination, and other wage and hour claims.

Mrs. Beeson specializes in processing and analyzing large, complex datasets, conducting statistical analyses related to litigation, and developing damages models for use in mediation.

QUALIFIED VETERAN:

A “disabled veteran” is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or show citation box or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

“Other protected veterans” means veterans who served on active duty in the U.S. military during a war or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge is awarded.
