Background

Megan Hart is a Director in Resolution Economics’ Financial Advisory and Services group in Chicago. Megan has over 15 years of experience in the litigation consulting industry, working with both private litigation clients and government agencies, including the Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and States Attorneys General. Ms. Hart has expertise in competition issues, including the assessment of liability and calculation of economic damages, and has also supported experts in class certification, intellectual property, commercial damages, and consumer protection matters. Ms. Hart has case experience in a wide range of industries including payment systems, consumer products, high-tech, and agricultural commodities. Ms. Hart holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

QUALIFIED VETERAN:

A “disabled veteran” is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or show citation box or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

“Other protected veterans” means veterans who served on active duty in the U.S. military during a war or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge is awarded.
