Background

Melissa Van Brunt is a Director based in Texas and affiliated with Resolution Economics’ Los Angeles office, where she leads the firm’s Human Resources functions. Her functional areas include employee relations, HR compliance, compensation and benefits, payroll, and leave administration, providing strategic guidance and practical solutions that support organizational goals and enhance the employee experience.

Prior to joining Resolution Economics, Melissa served as Director of Operations and Human Resources for the nation’s largest spa organization, where she oversaw both operational and human resources functions while supporting business growth and employee success.

Melissa earned her B.A. in Communications, summa cum laude, from California State University, Fullerton, followed by obtaining her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).

QUALIFIED VETERAN:
