Background

Michelle Velez is a Director based in Resolution Economics’ Los Angeles office. Michelle oversees firm-wide office support, internal policy development, process improvement, and compliance, while also supporting staffing initiatives, budgeting, and business development efforts.

In her role, Michelle focuses on enhancing organizational efficiency and operational excellence, ensuring the company delivers reliable, high-quality service to clients across industries. She coordinates cross-functional teams, manages office support across all locations, and plays a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance and operational readiness.

Before joining Resolution Economics, Michelle held operational leadership roles at Operations & Quality Systems Improvement Experts and Incora, where she gained hands on experience in strategic planning, cross-departmental coordination, and process improvement.

QUALIFIED VETERAN:
