With over 15 years of professional experience, Mr. Lee is a trusted advisor to individuals, business owners, privately held and public companies, insurance companies, and legal counsels, to assist them on complex insurance claim and litigation matters involving 1st party business interruption claims, cyber business interruption claims, professional liability (E&O) claims, reps and warranties (R&W) claims, product recall and product liability claims, construction delay disputes, fidelity/employee dishonesty claims, fraud investigations, post-acquisition disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, First Nations treaty claims, estate litigation, intellectual property litigation, expropriation, and personal injury litigation.
He has provided litigation support consulting and expert witness services on mediations, insurance appraisals, arbitrations, and tribunals and has authored hundreds of expert reports related to economic damage quantification, business valuation and forensic investigation matters for the provincial and federal courts, arbitrations, mediations, insurance appraisals, and tribunals.
His experience spans a wide range of industries and has worked on assignments across Canada and United States. Mr. Lee has authored and co-authored articles and presented numerous seminars to the insurance and legal communities.
Prior to joining Resolution Economics, Mr. Lee was a Managing Director at RSM Canada and also held various positions at MDD Forensic Accountants, an international forensic accounting firm
