Background

Trevor Sturges is a Director at Resolution Economics LLC, an economics, statistics, forensic accounting and economic damages consulting firm with offices in Los Angeles, Chicago Washington D.C., New York and Charlotte. He has a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from California State University Northridge. Prior to starting at Resolution Economics, Mr. Sturges was a Director in the Financial Advisory Services practice of AlixPartners where he specialized in analyzing complex financial dealings, calculating economic damages, and providing forensic accounting services.

Mr. Sturges has more than 25 years of combined experience in consulting across multiple industries including, but not limited to, financial services, real estate, medical devices, consumer goods and apparel manufacturing. He continues to consult in complex commercial litigation disputes related to economic damages, forensic accounting, valuation and other sophisticated accounting and financial issues.

QUALIFIED VETERAN:

A “disabled veteran” is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or show citation box or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A “recently separated veteran” means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran’s discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

An “Armed forces service medal veteran” means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.

“Other protected veterans” means veterans who served on active duty in the U.S. military during a war or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge is awarded.
