He is a testifying economist specializing in antitrust and complex commercial litigation, with a focus on liability, class certification, impact, and damages. Dr. Shah has over fifteen years of experience analyzing economic issues across a wide range of industries including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, digital platforms, software, insurance, agriculture, consumer products, electronic manufacturing, banking, payments, and education. Dr. Shah has authored expert reports and provided deposition testimony in federal and state courts in matters involving insurance and consumer class actions, Medicare fraud under the False Claims Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and product-liability damages.
