LOS ANGELES — May. 2, 2026 — Resolution Economics announced today that Joe Sremack has joined the firm as a Partner, strengthening the firm’s capabilities in digital forensics, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and complex technology investigations.
Sremack brings more than 20 years of experience advising clients on high-stakes litigation, regulatory enforcement matters, and internal investigations. He specializes in data analytics, artificial intelligence and systems examination, source code analysis, and forensic technology matters involving complex data and software systems.
Throughout his career, Sremack has served as a consulting and testifying expert in hundreds of engagements across state and federal courts, international proceedings, and matters before financial and trade regulatory bodies. His experience includes leading forensic examinations of artificial intelligence systems, analyzing enterprise software and proprietary source code, conducting large-scale data investigations, and advising on data privacy, trade secret, and regulatory compliance matters.
Prior to joining Resolution Economics, Sremack built and led forensic data analytics and technology practices at several of the nation’s leading risk advisory and professional services firms. He is the author of AI Forensics: Investigation and Analysis of Artificial Intelligence Systems and Big Data Forensics and is widely recognized for his work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, technology, data science, and litigation support.
