Celebrating 25 Years!
Resolution Economics is 25 years old??? Where has the time gone?
When we left the safe confines of a large firm to strike out on our own in October 1998, we could not have imagined where we are today. Starting with just seven people working in the “lower level” (i.e., basement!) of a small office building on Wilshire Boulevard here in Los Angeles, we have grown to over 250 people located in six offices across the country. We are proud to have the largest economics-based labor and employment consulting and litigation practice in the country, a thriving Financial Advisory Services practice (all of whom work on a variety of commercial disputes and forensic investigations), a cutting edge Artificial Intelligence and automation bias audit practice, a new Life Sciences practice and now a leading Affirmative Action Plan provider practice! And if that were not enough, none of us work below street level!
It has been a rewarding journey that many have contributed to. Put simply, the credit for our success belongs to our great team, and to our fantastic clients. From day one our team has been immersed in a culture of curiosity, opportunity, teamwork and creativity, to which all have contributed. And also from day one, we have been fortunate to work with a fantastic group of clients, many of whom we are proud to call friends.
We are very proud of the professional success of our employees – to see people join us, and through hard work in a culture of genuine opportunity, grow and turn into consummate professionals could not be more exciting. A number of our people have spent their entire professional lives at ResEcon and are now partners and leaders in the firm. Others have gotten their start with us and gone on to be successful lawyers, economists, academics and members of the wider working world.
We want to thank all of the past and present great people at Resolution Economics for their dedication and hard work, and we especially want to thank our clients, who continue to trust us with their very important projects. We look forward to turning silver into gold as we begin our journey towards the next 25 years!
