Resolution Economics partner Victoria A. Lipnic, former Commissioner and Acting Chair of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, serves as an independent monitor for settlements involving allegations of workplace discrimination and harassment. These include federal and state consent decrees and conciliation agreements as well as private settlements between employers and employees. She and her team provide rigorous oversight, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative analysis and assistance, to ensure compliance with all agreement requirements.
